Halley Residence — Kitchen & Living Area Remodel
This remodel focused on opening the home’s core living spaces while elevating both function and design. A 34-foot structural beam was installed to remove separation between the dining area and living space, creating an open, seamless layout with improved flow and sightlines.
The kitchen features a large quartz island, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances, all framed by vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams. In the living area, a floor-to-ceiling fireplace with built-in cabinetry anchors the space, bringing balance, warmth, and architectural presence.
